http://fbirds.tripod.com - The real problem with holding its target audience happened about half way in and never let up. Chances are that Free Birds will work better on DVD Blu ray and digital download about three months from now. At that point at home kids can watch and re watch the movie to figure out the messy plot and get into the characters.On the big screen Free Birds tends to be too fragmented too disjointed and too unnecessarily complicated. There are some funny sequences mixed in along with an animal sensitivity story that reminds me of a live action movie the much loved Babe from 1995. But once again Free Birds does not quite measure up to that fable.
